We produced a static design and basic coding for implementation on a website for a key initiative from one of the world’s top four universities. Catering for students, staff and the general public and forming an important part of the university’s ongoing strategy.

The client brief was for an attractive site with a clear and incisive navigation structure and hierarchy which allowed a range of users to find exactly the resources they were looking for. The project required compliance with strict guidelines and consultation with the client’s web development team, to whom the design was passed to for implementation as a subsection of their existing content management system.

Intensive CMS backend

Entirely new website – built from the ground-up

This website for the UCL Student Human Rights Programme, a student organisation partly funded by University College London, was one of our largest projects to date. We produced a major collaborative website designed to maximise programme participation and publish content to external users. The site, which has been designed to simultaneously advertise the project itself and also act as a discussion forum and dynamic online human rights community, has been extremely well received.

The site itself is intended to showcase the programme’s content output in the form of text and news updates, photos, videos and audio. Frequent newsletters are placed on the site in PDF format and added to an online repository, and a range of academic content is freely available to members of the public.

The community based ‘Exchange’ is a lively interactive forum for debate and discussion on human rights issues and attracts significant web traffic. Through a comprehensive tagging system, all site content is linked together and offers a comprehensive range of material on a multitude of topics within individual subject areas.

The member backend utilised on this website is customised for both members and moderators. With several individuals responsible for different areas of the programme, the backend allows them to administer content for their own projects, whilst carefully restricting administrative access to non-essential system settings.

The client required a professional website which would showcase their products and establish a coherent online identity. We delivered a product which reflects the personal nature of their company and gives them a crucial advantage over their competitors.

Due to the large number of products which needed to be added to the database, and the client’s requirement that they be able to add products to the site in the future, we built this project with an intuitive backend which allows them to log in and add new content extremely easily. All products are categorised and the website automatically arranges them on the site to reflect these categorisations. The client was extremely happy with the finished product, which established their online identity and allows them to market their products online, allowing customers to view their collection online at their own convenience.

The International Forfaiting Association represents a large number of banks involved in the Forfaiting and Trade finance industry. The site includes a database of member organisations sorted by country and region, and also a dedicated members area with exclusive downloadable content.

The organisation’s existing website contained a large amount of data which was presented in a manner which made it extremely difficult for users to locate news items and contact information of other members. By completely redesigning the website from the bottom-up, we changed the site structure to improve the user experience and redesigned the visual aspect of the site to be more in keeping with the IFA’s professional role. The client was very satisfied with the completed design, which makes it easier for them to manage the large amount of content on the website and presents news and content far more accessibly.

This high-end London store tasked us with producing a website which would improve product sales and present their products in a stylish setting. We worked closely with the client to produce a stylised and highly elegant website which had the primary purpose of showcasing their exquisite works of art in a similarly high-class surroundings.

The completed website uses the products themselves as navigational elements, adopting a sleek, modern design and minimising the amount of unnecessary textual content in order to place the emphasis on products available for the user to purchase. The site also uses a backend administration system which allows the client to change the text content on pages, and also add and remove products from the site as they are sold or become available for purchase.

The client required a simple website which highlighted their services in food consultancy. Their previous site was tired and did not reflect the company’s modern outlook and approach, and so we built the site from scratch around the client’s requirement that the site kept the concept of a ‘Red Chili’ on the site in some way.

In keeping with the company’s background in providing food-based services to UK businesses and individuals, we decided that a wood-style page design combined with elements of the home kitchen would convey a professional message whilst ensuring that the business retained its approachable, personal feel.

This site is now offline.

We carried out branding for the company, both offline, producing print media and carrying out logo and identity design, and online, making a website which has allowed the company to expand rapidly since project completion and has led to the client being nominated for a prestigious entrepreneurial award.

The client felt that the lack of a coherent brand image and web presence was inhibiting the growth of their business. We produced a unique logo based on a concept the client provided and applied this to several printed products. A sleek and professional website was produced, which aimed to simplify the services the company offered and allow the client to take advantage of a large number of prospective customers in the local area which would previously have been unattainable.

We were approached by Quality Design Solutions in connection with establishing their web presence through a minimalistic site which showcased their recent work and presented their extensive portfolio whilst outlining the services they offered. We integrated a stunning interactive slideshow across several key pages of the site which allows the user to navigate through a collection of work which was previously inaccessible to customers.

We also incorporated a contact system whereby the user can send a message or project proposal directly to the company via email, and several customised services page to outline exactly what the company can offer to prospective clients. The company were extremely satisfied with the end product, which has been highly praised by their clients, and has given their brand identity a fresh and modern look.
